We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Generative AI Motion Graphics Designer with 1–5 years of experience to create engaging, visually compelling, and innovative motion graphics using traditional design techniques and emerging Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation, visual storytelling, motion design, and AI-powered creative workflows.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality animations, motion graphics, video content, and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, marketing initiatives, and brand communication. The role requires someone who can combine creativity with technology to produce impactful visual experiences while experimenting with the latest AI tools to improve creative output and production efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to create visuals, animations, backgrounds, characters, and other creative assets.
  • Develop AI-powered video content using tools such as Runway ML, Pika, Kling AI, Luma AI, Midjourney, and other emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated illustrations.
  • Work with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows, prompts, and creative techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of content production.
  • Edit and refine videos using professional tools while maintaining visual consistency, brand guidelines, and creative standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, motion graphics, animation, and digital content creation.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Motion Graphics, Animation, and Video Editing.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image, video, and animation creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, colour theory, and design principles.
  • Experience in AI-based image-to-video, text-to-video, and text-to-image workflows.
  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Midjourney, Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika, Stable Diffusion, and Luma AI.
  • Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI video generation, compositing, rotoscoping, and visual effects.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative automation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, Video Editing, or a related creative field.
  • A degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Making, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, animations, and video projects is essential.
