We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer with 7–11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with practical experience in frontend development using React.js.

You will be responsible for building robust backend services, developing responsive user interfaces, and integrating applications with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. The role requires someone who can take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services to support complex business requirements.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure comprehensive unit and integration testing.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices to streamline software delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development processes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
  • Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and backend applications.
  • Working knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of databases, data structures, algorithms, and application design principles.
  • Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application security.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance management tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–11 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Experience working on enterprise-grade, cloud-based applications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
