  • Develop and validate PCB schematics and layouts for mixed‑signal and digital subsystems.
  • Perform impedance matching, signal integrity analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments.
  • Select suitable components and materials, including power and RF modules, to meet performance targets.
  • Create and maintain design rule checks (DRC) and layout verification reports for manufacturability.
  • Interface with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve board‑level issues and optimize production yield.
  • Integrate communication protocols such as Ethernet, SPI, UART, and I²C into board design architecture.
  • Conduct thermal analysis and design PCB mounting strategies for high‑current devices.
  • Produce detailed documentation, including BOMs, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
  • Iterate designs based on prototype testing and feedback from QA and field teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design practices.

  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI principles.
  • Experience with RF or high‑speed communication circuits and corresponding design constraints.
  • Ability to translate complex specifications into practical, manufacturable PCB solutions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, team‑orientated mindset.
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) best practices.
  • Effective communication skills in English for documentation and cross‑functional coordination.
  • A passion for staying updated on new technologies and a drive to deliver innovative circuit solutions.
